Dr Ryan Duncan
Dr. Ryan Duncan, the medical director, has the unique qualifications of being both board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose, and Throat- Head and Neck Surgery) as well as holding specialty certification in Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Duncan graduated from Auburn University in 1998 and received his M.D. from the University of Alabama-Birmingham in 2002. He completed an internship in general surgery in 2003 and a residency in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery in 2007, all at University of Alabama Hospitals in Birmingham. He has been practicing in Middle Tennessee since August of 2007, and is currently a physical partner with Heritage Medical Associates.
Dr. Duncan is Board Certified in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery. He is also a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honorary, and was recently named the Community Health Charity’s Volunteer of the Year for Mercy Children’s Clinic in Franklin, Tennessee.
Dr. Duncan resides in Franklin with his wife, Amy, and their four children, where they are actively engaged in their church, schools, and community.
Heather Dooley – Physician Assistant
Heather Dooley has been serving the Middle Tennessee area as a physician assistant for the past 15 years. She graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Science, Physician Assistant in 1999. She received a Bachelor of Science with a combined degree of Biology and Chemistry at Asbury University in Wilmore, KY in 1996.
She has been licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 1999. Heather has been an integral part of the practice since January of 2014.
She resides in Franklin and enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason and their 3 boys.
